Return Policy

• Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving
I. DATES RECEIVED IS BASED ON TRACKING FROM CARRIERS

• All defective and damaged items can receive either a full refund or replacement upon request of the customer.
I. If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.  
II. No restocking fee will apply if the item is truly defective or damaged after inspection confirming so.
III. If the item is working fine with no issues from the returns department, 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Items NOT considered damaged or defective (Customers are responsible for return shipping)

• Non-defective/undamaged items can be returned without being charged a restocking fee. 
I. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility 
II. Paid return labels are not available 
III. Items that have been obviously used by customer can still be returned, but there will be a 20% restocking fee.

• Items ordered by mistake or changed mind
I. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
II. Denying package will be charged a 20% restocking fee from the refund.
 
• All items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. If not, additional charges may be included.

• Once an item has been received back in our warehouse all refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
I. Replacement or Refund of Defective or Damaged Item can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
II. Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
III. Once your return is processed and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective or damaged, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships out depends on product availability.
