• 60 DAY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Products sold by V-Fire are covered by the 60-day manufacturer warranty, starting on the delivery date. We will mail you the parts you need to keep the product working with no additional costs. Please note that tires and plastic body are not covered by the manufacturer warranty because they fall under "wear and tear."

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) POLICY
As long as you are within the 60-day manufacturer warranty, please contact us for the parts you need, and we will provide you the parts straight from the manufacturer. This is to ensure that the parts are 100% compatible with the item. If you decide to purchase the parts that are non-OEM without contacting us first, V-Fire and the manufacturer are NOT responsible for the consequences (accidents, safety hazards, etc.), and we will also NOT compensate the cost of parts and labors.
